On our Eco homes, we will be with you from the beginning to the end. from plot selection, design drawings, obtaining licences, collaboration with authorities, construction management, to delivery of house with keys in hand. Having this one point of contact ensures that your project, ideas and even last minute changes are understood and managed to ensure a smooth flow of processes, without mishaps and misunderstandings.
This also helps to remove a lot of the stress, uncertainty and effort that goes into arranging such a project, allowing our customers to enjoy this as a pleasant and rewarding experience.
Eco renovations
On our eco renovations, we inform, guide and assist our customers on the best possible way to improve their home, incorporating eco friendly products, materials and services. Once our recommendations are accepted, we will provide a written estimate on the cost of works to completion, including all materials, labour and services.

Our project management service extends to site survey and inspection followed by written estimate with detailed specifications. We offer a fiixed price quotation and time deadlines to give you peace of mind and will help your financial and time planning. We have highly experienced staff including builders, plumbers, electricians and carpenters who will carry out the work to complete customer satisfaction.
If appropriate and in keeping with the customers needs, we will provide information and advice on how to insulate and protect your home from extreme weather conditions and also information and advice on how to make your home more eco friendly and energy efficient.
