The only thing you need to do is provide details of the person buying, i.e. name, telephone, email etc., and we will do the rest.
2. GOLDEN MEMBER = SMALL ADVERTISER
If you place your own advertisements, whether in local newspapers or online etc. and generate interest of any person wanting to buy in Costa de la Luz, Spain and they purchase a property through us, you will receive 20% of the gross commission that Skyline Costa Luz receives for that sale. The only thing you need to do is provide details of the person buying, i.e. name, telephone, email etc., and proof of your advertising.
3. DIAMOND MEMBER = PREMIUM ADVERTISER
If you have your own dedicated website, and you advertise any or all of our properties for sale and generate interest from people wanting to buy property in Costa de la Luz, Spain, and if they subsequently buy through us, you will receive 30% of the gross commission that Skyline Costa Luz receives on the sale. You only need to provide us with details of the client i.e. name, telephone, email etc., and proof of your ownership of the website and our properties advertised within it.
A contract of collaboration will be signed between you and Skyline Costa Luz confirming the terms of the agreement. Then, once you have provided us with the client details, we will take charge of all communication from there on in, including property visits, legal, financial and notary obligations. You simply wait until the property sale has gone through and we will keep you updated during the whole process.
Remember, we only sell property in Costa de la Luz, Cádiz, Andalucia, Spain. Therefore, the clients must show an interest or must be open to purchasing in this area, as we cannot offer them properties in any other areas.
